The villa shanti house,owned and managed by the romiti family is situated in the heart of the beautiful marche region of italy. the real taste, the real tradition, the real people of le marche. we love what we do and we take pleasure in ensuring that your stay with us is special. our secret is to make you feel at home. it is an ideal location for those seeking peace and relaxation – as described in the indian word ‘shanti’ which means ‘tranquility’. here guests can restore body and mind amongst our beautiful surroundings which consist of gently rolling hills with vineyards and olive groves as well as cultivated fields of sunflowers and other local crops. the sea and the mountains are also both close by,offering a variety of activities – here you can still experience local and ancient traditions amongst the friendly local people – take a moment to enjoy this unforgettable landscape and culture!having worked together as a family for over five generations at our restaurant 'dal mago' we embarked on a new venture together and in 2004 the villa 'shanti house' was opened. we are committed to offering you the very best service with a professionalism and friendly atmosphere. we are happy to organise local tours and activities for you during your stay with us. at our restaurant 'dal mago' we offer a selection of traditional dishes,using locally sourced ingredients. as a family we would like to welcome you to both 'shanti house' and 'dal mago'. shanti house has 4 double rooms (2 with balcony) ,2 twin rooms,1 triple room and 2 suites (sleeps 2 to 4 people). all rooms are en suite,spacious,modern and colourfully decorated. all rooms also have the following comforts: -central heating-air conditioning-tv-telephone-safe-fridge-hairdryer -courtesy-wi-fi.our suites are spacious (40mq) and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. each suite has a large lounge area with tv, a double bedroom with tv,bathroom,mini bar,personal entrance and air conditioning.we pride ourselves in our buffet style breakfast. local ingredients are used to provide guests with a sumptuous choice of home made jams and cakes,local hams,cheeses and salamis and freshly squeezed fruit juices. a perfect start to a fantastic day!
