description b&b is located on the first floor of a newly renovated building, a 5-minute of clock from the central train station santa maria novella. our rooms have been designed for those who need a romantic getaway or simply pull the plug, under an atmosphere of colors and designs inspired by klimt.as you enter you will be handed the keys to a total independence.in the house lives a beautiful cat named cicciotto. location the area is quiet and peaceful away from the chatter of the local nightlife. we are located just outside the walls of the historic center, so avoid parking problems and limited traffic fines. from the train station santa maria novella is a moment at the entrance of the station get on the tram and get off at the third stop paolo uccello,then on the left, about 50 meters you will find our b & b. we are one step from the largest park in florence le cascine for those who want to enjoy a bit of green, or buy something in the historic market, and if you like to have a drink by the pool, in the park there is always the longe pool bar "le pavoniere" ([***]) . easy to get to the center in 10-15 min, a walk along the arno will take you directly to the ponte vecchio, or zigzagging from porta san frediano to piazza santo spirito where it meets the florentine nightlife and you can admire the artisan workshops of the oltrarno. opposite the house there is a bus stop which will take you to the viewpoint of florence, piazzale michelangelo. hourly and break fast check-in from 12.30 to 19.00 if you should delay just a phone call to arrange toarrival, check-out at 11.00. we will offer you a nice hearty breakfast at 'italian served in your room from 7.30 to 10.00 with seasonal fruits, pastries and croissants, cookies, biscuits and jams, chocolate cakes and pies, milk the' coffee (italian's moka) cappuccino and herbal tea, yogurt and cereals (soy milk on demand).
