Condizioni e regole
1) check-in (arrival) must be made between 15.00 and 18.00 hours, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
2) upon arrival, you will be given a set of keys to access the bed and breakfast and your room at any time and in complete independence. during the night, it is recommended that the maximum respect of other guests, while you do the extension and retraction in the bed and breakfast.
3) our basic rule is to leave the maximum freedom to our guests, without invading their privacy. unfortunately we have our technical time necessary to execute the cleaning of the rooms, which occur regularly every day between 10.00 and 11.00.
during this time, you are kindly requested to leave the room and the bed, gathering your belongings, so as to allow the staff to be able to freely carry out the cleaning.
if you prefer to stay in your room, you must communicate this to the directorate of the b & b.
in this case, the cleanliness of your room will be done the next day and will be the cleaning is done only in the other common areas (bathroom, hall, etc..).
4) the reservation will be confirmed only after we receive the full payment amount (within budget will also suggest you our bank details). in addition, you must send a copy of the payment receipt by e-mail at [***], or by fax to [***].
5) the form of payment is accepted online only via bank transfer in advance. we do not accept payment by cheque or credit card.
6) the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow staff to do the cleaning of the rooms for the next guests.
7) we are not liable for any items left unattended inside or outside the rooms.
8) e 'strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, both in the rooms, but the room for common use.
9) the language spoken in the bed and breakfast is italian.
